Bei Mir Bist Du Schon (as soon as the song speeds up) from the movie Swing Kids. It has been in my head since I saw the movie again about 10 days ago. I hadn't seen it since 1993 when the movie first came out. It's the last swing dance song in the movie which is why it's probably the one stuck in my head.
