That's a great proverb!! Can we actually be friends to everybody?? Well I guess politicians try to, and least at election time anyhow.

Great proverb...so very true. @GloryB, Oh how right you are! How many times do we think we know someone, attempt to be friends with them, only to realize that something very sinister lies just beneath the surface...hopefully, you can get out in time!
