Wow. Could you be any more condescending to the people you rely on for your livelihood? And if we "mere homeowners" are too dumb to understand the work you experts are doing on our behalf, how are we to trust the pros?

If there is substandard work in your profession, it's incumbent upon you to educate your potential customers as to what makes your methods better - and to do it without degrading your competition (or your customers.) Let your work and reputation speak for itself. And by all means, please don't treat your customers like we're three years old.
