Happy Haha HUmPing Whacky Wednesday!!!
SHOW ME THE MONEY -it's almost pAy dAy and I have had my coffee w/sweet cream and plenty of it, so I feel turned on electrified& all the lights are on in my house and um the only one heating up the kitchen bona-fide! COFFEE MAKES ME MO BETTAH
Now I said all that to say I prefer a luxurious extra think, soft, warm, 100% premium hand woven Egyptian cotton bath towels that wrap around my soaking wet body and hug me dry from head to toe- it would be real nice if his name was Romeo and he was tall dark and handsome w/ strong and magical hands and a voice that would melt chilled butter LOL j/k (blame on the coffee)
All the towels in the main bathrooms are white Lenox... I decided to go with that color to make it simple for washing. Another advantage is the kids don't want to use those. They prefer their favorite color... hence, my color system and code--I also use size... yeah it matters... The kids like bath sheets or beech towels. We free style fold the way we see fit.
Adoption can be a good thang just like tap dancing and the twist u gotta work those hips, move those feet, dip into the bumps and do a rolling swerve with the curves or u could just put one foot in front of the other and keep it moving.
LOVE and PEACE

Good morning everyone Good morning, Karla
Happy Wednesday
Yay We finally closed !!! A few last minute nail bitters that had us all holding our breath. But finally after tons of phone calls( some not so nice) & faxes we started signing papers at 4 pm
Woo hoo I am so glad that 5 month "adventure" is done.
Today is my last day at school we finish a couple weeks before the kids.
Today we will be taking them out to the garden they planed and "harvest" the lettuce and other things and they will be able to enjoy the results of all of their efforts. I have a feeling the kids(inner city urban) have never experienced the joy of growing food they can eat. We started a similar project in the city I live in and now the adults are involved too. This is a wonderful way of helping people help themselves. Kudos to you, Karla. Planting seeds of hope and health.
I loved getting to know all of the kids this year and am going to miss them. I am sure it will be so hard
But before I can go see them I have to ask:
Today's Question(s):
It's National Towel Day !!!
So lets talk about towels
For bath towels do you prefer:
Thick ?
Thin ?
Regular size ?
The huge Bath sheet size ?
What color are are the towels in your main bathroom (not guest bathroom) ? Whatever....
Does anyone use a color coded towel system where each family member has a certain towel color ?
How do you fold your bath towels:
In half then in half again ?
In Half then in thirds ?
Fold them I just pile them in the closet or take them out of the clean laundry basket ?
Extra Credit Question:
lol I think I was just adopted by
1. A couple of cats I am catsitting
2. A young lady I went to school with
Bonus Question:
In Honor of Tap Dance Day
What was the last situation, topic or discussion where you experienced someone "Tap Dancing" around the answer or issue ? Cujo, when I asked him for a raise... I make up the paycheques, so perhaps I should just tell Cujo I am adjusting my cheque accordingly It's the old, "Yes, I have to give you a raise, yes you deserve so much more, can we talk about that tomorrow?" Okay, Cujo time is up.... Just for Fun:
How many of our QOTD family have ever danced the "Twist" ?
Have you ever been in a "Twist Contest" ? Nyet

National Tap Dance Day
National Nerd Pride Day

Well, I am on one of my flex breaks. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day. My thoughts are still with all those folks who have been through tornados the past few days. The weather on this continent is definitely changing and I've not heard anyone say that it is for the better. Keep safe folks, take care and of course I will check in later...

Bath towels? I just use whatever, and will use it for a week before having to wash, why the need to use once then wash, a waste of laundry, heck your already clean when you get out of the shower anyway...
What colout towels, who cares, they all serve the same purpose.
The twist? I can do it, watch, I'll get up right now and show ya!

Happy Hump Day!!!
It's National Towel Day !!!
So lets talk about towels
For bath towels do you prefer:
Thick ? No...they waste too much water and electric when washing and drying
Thin ?
Regular size ? Just big enough to wrap around my body
The huge Bath sheet size ? God..I hate those. What a waste. You pay more for them, they waste water and electric...yeah that makes sense I know..I'm too logical and rational They might be good for a larger person
What color are are the towels in your main bathroom (not guest bathroom) ?
What guest bathroom, lol? We have white towels.
Does anyone use a color coded towel system where each family member has a certain towel color ?
No...but I do have 2 big brown towels to use by the front doors. I find it easier to wash them then door mats
How do you fold your bath towels:
In half then in half again ?
In Half then in thirds ?
Fold them I just pile them in the closet or take them out of the clean laundry basket ?
None of the above, lol. I fold them in half, in half again..the same way, and then in thirds. They fit the cabinet best that way
lol I think I was just adopted by
1. My family....I am nothing like them
2. My stepdaughter's dog...he leaned on my leg yesterday for almost our whole visit.
What was the last situation, topic or discussion where you experienced someone "Tap Dancing" around the answer or issue ? When we told my SIL her share of any money from her parent's estate should go to someone else in the family because they could really use it. I don't get people who count on their parents money I say all parents should live it up, get reverse mortgages, and leave nothing behind for the ones who expect it
Just for Fun:
How many of our QOTD family have ever danced the "Twist" ? Just joking around but not the real thing, lol. I have played Twister
Have you ever been in a "Twist Contest" ? No.
Have a great day!!!
