I saw a Mama robin feeding her babies this morning. I can see the nest from the window on the landing upstairs. I watched her carefully tend to her young, and it is such a beautiful and intricate part of nature. Makes me smile.

Taigagirl, what a treat it must be to watch Mama Robin and her babies. So many of the great things in life are free. You just have to slow down and pay attention sometimes.

Just saw two guys in brown t-shirts with the logo "We want your stinkin business". They worked for a septic tank company.

I saw my lovely girlfriend and she made me smile without saying a word. Apparently I had the same effect on her.

I saw rain late this afternoon. We are in a serious drought so that was a beautiful sight.
