The title is misleading. You said day person on the title but I think you meant morning person. IMO day person would mean you like to do stuff not too early but not too late. And morning person means you like to do stuff early.
In any case, I'm a day person. I'm certainly not a night owl. And I guess I'm somewhat of a morning person, but not to the extent of some other people (including the OP).
I normally don't like waking up too early. But I've been waking up early a lot lately.
I must say I like it. The only part I don't like is when you realize how early it is and you don't have anything to do. Yesterday I had accomplished so much before 9:00 am so I was thinking "What do I do now?"

And when I retire, it's only going to get worse. Winter time, when I wake up at 6pm, I'll have to phone one of my daylight-loving friends: Did the sun come out today?
