I am back on schedule. Thank you for dealing with me as I had a delay in posting the answers from Wednesday's question. However, I am back to normal, and the answers & winners are here for you now!!!

Well I have been lucky and have not had to do this lately, but I believe that I need to re-install an old policy here on the NIQ...
