Happy Friday, kids! Scroll on down for a
short but sweet (like me! ) Today's Tip!

RICHER SCRAMBLED EGGS

To make scrambled eggs or an omelet really rich, add a couple of spoonfuls
of sour cream, cream cheese or heavy cream before cooking, and beat well.

Not great for the waistline, but a real treat!

I always enjoy the scrambled with ham/bacon, onion, cheese, green & red peppers. I’ve got a little mom & pop café a few miles away that I can enjoy this. They call it a Denver scrambled with a side of hash-browns for $4.95 how they can make money on this special I don’t know.

I try to use sour cream and cream cheese in everything else! May as well boost the eggs. I think they add extra yolks in restaurants!
