Good morning peevers.

Tell me I'm wrong- tell me it's not the last day of August. No summer to speak of here for yet another year.

Six crappy summers since I've come back from Texas. Six crappy 'hope the weather is going to improve next week' summers.

Then you have the heatwave that's been hitting Texas and the Southern States this year.

So that brings me to the POTD, which doesn't have to be weather related;

Why does it have to be one extreme or the other?

Sorry you have had such a lousy summer, Jezer. We've had but one rainfall here. It just seems that we are living in a time of extremes in many phases of our lives. Something to think about...

Good peeve. Thanks, Jezer.

Life is imperfect.

I feel like I was built for your kind of weather Jezer. After all, 95% of my ancestors are of British derivation. Trade ya.

And so does Father Time. One extreme or the other... there are things I can't do now that I could do when I was younger. Why can't there be a middle of the road?
