The beauty that's on the inside outweighs physical beauty. I see absoloutely no beauty in women who have the perfect physical traits on the outside, but deep down on the inside, are rotten.
To me, the most beautiful woman in the world is the very special woman in my life, whom I love and care about.
This was taken on a sunny and "warm" day ( it was 40 degrees) at the Grand Canyon this past new year's eve.

Rachel Weisz. But I only say that because that is what my wife looks like.
No, if you have to vote for someone famous, I think Sophia Loren is the obvious choice.

Most beautiful famous woman , though sadly no longer with us would be Audrey Hepburn for me. Such beauty, grace, charm, and elegance and a wonderful human being too.
I think the most beautiful woman in the world though probably lives somewhere unaware of her own beauty and certainly undiscovered by Hollywood.

Yes I agree.
As for Audrey Hepburn...... she was cute, but no beauty. Very very thin and had a boyish looking face.

I always thought Ashley was a boy's name.
I know they are calling girls that now, but its just weird hearing a girl named Ashley.

Beauty is not always on the outside. She had a beauty of the soul. Liz
