It's funny how when you mention Nevada people think "Vegas."
I didn't live in Vegas. I lived in Reno and returned to NY because of a job transfer.

That was fun, very interesting. I lived in Jersey 54 yrs and here in Fl 5 yrs and will die here. The cold was really hurting me and so depressing, being shut in for so many months. The warmth has helped me so much and i can swim for 6 or 7 mos here...LOVE it!

As a kid--born in VA, lived in MI twice, MA, MO, NJ, CT and OH.
As an adult spent most of my years in OH, but moved to PA for awhile.
Now I'm in FL and I'm so happy to have year round sunshine and no more freezing cold!

The article linked to had nothing whatsoever to do with how long people would live in their states. It was an interesting article, but none of the responses had anything to do with it.
Just saying. Did any of y'all actually read the link?

Middle America. Which means I will live longer than many, but where I live is irrelevant.

I can say I didn't read it, but I enjoyed the responses, it was very interesting.

Well sure; if you want to know how long other people have lived where they are currently living or whatever, I guess it's "very interesting."
The disconnect is just weird, though.
I guess I won't bother posting links on this forum since they apparently don't get read, including by the OP.

I did read it last night and I did not respond because of that. Now that the OP has responded with the same thing everyone else is answering, I will as well.
