I think it is called "Aftate"... and there is one more I've seen advertised.

If they can put a man on the moon, why can't they..make jock straps for baseball players that don't need constant attention....

If they can put a man on the moon, why can't they make a smart phone that will also unlock the door on a vehicle with a voice command from the driver, and there should be a device that phone that can detect alcohol on the driver's breath and will disable the ignition if that driver had too much alcohol to drink.
