Have you also noticed that the cords for all the various devices are not interchangeable. They have different voltages (or maybe it's amperage) and mixing them up can cause damage.

We solved that problem by giving everyone a dedicated outlet for their chargers.

For the week it lasted, life was good.

Using the word 'torch' here might get you arrested for arson.

I only have 2 adaptors, one for the emergency cell phone and one for the cameras ni-cad batteries. Another advantage for not having all those fancy dancy gadgets everyone once to have.

It's bad enough having all the chargers for the electronic gadgets, but add to the list the ones needed for your battery powered tools. I must have at least 6.
