Today’s Question:

Have you ever…

Climbed a mountain Depends on what type of mountain climbing you're talking about - walk up a trail, yes; rappel off a cliff, no
Jumped out of an airplane
White water rafted
Para-sailed
Bungee jumped
Competed in motor racing (car, kart, motorcycle) Never competed but when I was younger used to love riding go-carts.

What is the most ‘extreme’ sport or activity* you have ever undertaken? *PG13 please! Don't think I've done anything that extreme, at least not what I would consider an extreme sport.

Extra Credit Question:

How many hours per day (Monday-Friday) do you usually spend in front of a computer? A lot - my job is 100% online, I watch all of my shows via the internet, CD.

Do you spent more hours at the computer during the week, or at the weekend? During the week. I don't usually have to work weekends anymore.

Bonus Question:

Do you have a famous relative (past or present)? Nope

If yes, tell us a little about him/her (as specific or non-specific as you want to be).

Just for Fun:

What time do you normally eat your evening meal? Usually around 5:30-6PM.

Today’s Word:

Zeitgeber / SAHYT-gey-ber \ , noun;
1. An environmental cue, as the length of daylight, that helps to regulate the cycles of an organism's biological clock.

Today Is:

Find a Rainbow Day
World Party Day
Pony Express Day
Don't go to Work unless it's fun Day
Betty Boop Day
International Surf Day

Thanks for QOTD Kobber. Hope everyone has a fab day

Today’s Question:

Jumped out of an airplane

What is the most ‘extreme’ sport or activity* you have ever undertaken? *PG13 please! Para-sailing.

Extra Credit Question:

How many hours per day (Monday-Friday) do you usually spend in front of a computer? Probably like 8 hours a day or something, lol.

Do you spent more hours at the computer during the week, or at the weekend? Weekeend.

Bonus Question:

Do you have a famous relative (past or present)? My mom. Don’t ask me who.

If yes, tell us a little about him/her (as specific or non-specific as you want to be). She isn’t Kim Kardashian famous, but she’s Gloria Steinem famous—very well known without her circle of people and her cause but not a celebrity TV figure or anything like that.

Just for Fun:

What time do you normally eat your evening meal? [b]Which one? I usually eat around 4-5

Today’s Word:

Zeitgeber / SAHYT-gey-ber \ , noun;
1. An environmental cue, as the length of daylight, that helps to regulate the cycles of an organism's biological clock.

If you’ve ever lived in a basement, you know how important Zeitgeber is. At one point I was waking up at 3PM and going to bed at 7AM when I lived in a basement. (Being blind probably didn’t help either, lol. But even feeling the daylight/sunlight helps.)

Today Is:

Find a Rainbow Day
World Party Day
Pony Express Day
Don't go to Work unless it's fun Day
Betty Boop Day
International Surf Day

Enjoy your day folks! My school is honoring Sexual Assault Awareness Month by doing all kinds of events this week, and we’re branching it out to abuse in general.
