Great tip, Pam. Been lucky that I've never needed to use one.

I don't have one. Will place it on my shopping list.

Thanks Pam!

Good tip Pam.

Everyone should have at least one fire extinguisher in their home.

My fire extinguisher is mounted on the kitchen wall........and mostly serves as a place to hang dish towels.

Same here, I have two in the kitchen and they have never been tested. One of them is about 7 years old so I'm not sure it's any good anymore. Hope I never have to find out! Thanks for the tips Pam!

Thanks, Pam! You know I've got mine here! Two of them!

But, now you have me wondering....if the foam conducts electricity then would there be some risk of being electrocuted while using the extinguisher, even if it is an A-B-C rated extinguisher? Should I stick to rubber sole
shoes only, even when I'm sleeping?

One of the best tips yet. We have one in the house, car, and when we had a boat one there. Law requires them in boats over a certain length.
