younglisa7 - please learn to delegate, it was one of my failings, until a member of my staff pointed out that it gave them the impression I didn't trust them, and meant they didn't get certain opportunities to learn new tasks and develop ....
I delegate now and feel the team accomplishes far more as an outcome ..

Welcome aboard. Nice of you to take over a Key CD job.
We are going thru this problem right now with key board members of our organizations annual fund raiser. It appears they are not performing there jobs and are leaving the work up to others.
Our dining room/office is fast becoming a small printing shop and the phones are busier than usual. The bank account is taking a hit buying stationary printer supplies.
I'm sure the board is going to get a ear full tomorrow at the board meeting.
Be thankful for Mr. J, he's such a good guy.
