Have you ever had someone else make your day with an act of kindness? Or have you ever made someone else’s day by helping them in some way?
Seems the world is made up of so many wonderful people yet their lives are so busy that they take less time to deal with someone else who might be in need of just a simple “good morning”, a smile or someone to offer and buy a cup of coffee for a stranger. Yes,,, “stranger”. An act of kindness isn’t just helping someone we know and deal with each day.
What “act of kindness” have you seen (or did) recently?
Be the change that you wish to see in the world. ~ Gandhi
I've allowed some ignorant drivers to live after running stop signs or red lights in front of me. By driving defensively you can help others avoid the misfortune of their mistakes. Happy Easter!

I didn't kill my husband for "fixing" my computer when it didn't need fixing. Sorry, Aks, don't mean to step on your thread. I'll try to come up with a real one later.
I sincerely try to do at least one unexpected nice thing a day for someone else.....except on weekends.....then I go into a lazy-do-nothing-for-anyone mode.
I almost always will open or hold open the door for others. When I broke my arm and was sitting in the waiting room waiting to be seen at the hospital I must have gotten up a dozen times to open the door for others.
Also a wise man once told me, "If you get paid for doing a good deed, it's not a good deed." I saw an old man pull over to the side of the road-after his car broke down, he had to be at least 80. I stopped and gave him a ride home so he could get someone to help him. He was really cool too. He told me his story of when he moved to Oklahoma from Tennessee.
He came to find an NDN medicine man after his doctor told him he had months to live. That was way back in the 1940s.
Today we saw a guy wipe out on his bicycle so we parked and went to help him. He was ok but pretty dazed for a while.
