Not only that, but they washed your windows and gave you a free dish for your collection (I think these were Fiestaware. Too bad I didn't keep them.)

.... and no one pumped their own gas. I mean, now you see women in their eighties diligently putting their gas in their car.
Some of them have trouble lifting up the nozzle even.

I can remember my Mom getting dishtowels and glassware free out of the detergent boxes.
