Good morning peevers.

It's a glorious start to the morning, though the cows are all sitting down outside, which some believe that it means that it will rain soon.

Hold the front page! I had a peeve lined up but have just read GloryB's comment on yesterday's thread.

Here it is;

Should have saved that one for Sunday - which is the USA Tax Day.
Our 'big organization' no longer gives a rats butt about us.

Now if that isn't a peeve for many, I don't know what is.

To mark this day () I'll let you peeve away about your tax matters

Best wishes.

In case this peeve is too distressing here's a picture I just took of the lovely morning, and hope that it soothes your furrowed brow.

No tax day peeves here. We filed in January and got back a tidy little sum.

If we could have used the cows as a deduction we would have gotten more!

Jeezer, nice looking herd! What's the breed?

Ok,,, I have to stand on my soap box for a minute or two. I filed my taxes just the other day and things went very well having my tax lady preparer make sure I had all the required paperwork and she did the electronic poking the numbers into the right places. I’m getting money back. It’s my money that I overpaid them, so I’m happy with a refund.

I don’t have issues with paying taxes! I’m paying for the many good things this nation provides my friends, family and neighbors. I’m happy with all of the services that our government provides at the federal level, somewhat disappointed with the state and county however.

I only wish that I could have the lower tax rate percentage that so many of the 1%ers get to have. Like I said, I’ll pay mine but I’d like to see the others pay their fair share as will.

Like most of those I know, I don’t have any “offshore” accounts to hold money to avoid paying our nations taxes. Guess if I ran for political I’d have enough money to put some into an “offshore” account.

And if I could list myself as a big corporation like Exxon, GE, Halliburton and others, I’d get government subsidies and kickbacks. I simply don’t understand why Exxon gets tens of billions of government money and paying nothing in. Do the research and check how much these big giants pay in taxes. They have their lobbyists working 24/7 with your elected officials to keep it that way too.

No, I’m not angry at our government and the taxes, I’m angry at the money fraud with our corporations and politicians. It won’t change until you and I get the money out of Washington, and that means NO LOBBYISTS, and no profiteering by politicians.

Default Horoscopes.

A few telling me this day was going to very bad, And one mentioning to hide under a "bananna leaf." Until the storm passes. This day rocks! All great stuff today.

I dont know why i read them. And I am a guy to boot. Time to shake it off. No more. My day is in MY control for the most part.
