I’ve heard and seen some deductions that are very questionable, and all of these people were higher income bracket in professional services like dentistry, a couple of owners of different construction companies doing general contracting for buildings. It’s sad at what they get away with just because the tax system can’t check everyone all the time and they continue to get away with tax write offs ,,,,,, simply tax fraud ! White collar tax fraud and nothing else, and these same people I know complain about the single mothers with kids using food stamps while trying to buy groceries.
