It is wooded (no lawn mowing ) with a little lake (with fish in it) and plenty of wildlife (photography). It's located in the US in a state with 4 distinct seasons, that isn't too hot/humid in the summer, has low property taxes and is not going to mind my business about what I can and can't do on my property. You all can come over for a picnic.

What is a movie that you like that no one else has seen?

My favorite movie is Gallipoli (1981) and there doesn't appear to be many people in the US who have seen it. It's Australian. Peter Weir is my favorite director and he directed it. It's about two runners, friendship, loss of innocence and war. It has my favorite piece of classical music (Adagio in G Minor - Albinoni) that is frequently heard in movies when some large scale tragedy is about to take place. Mark Lee and a young Mel Gibson star.

Other? Along with wooded with wildlife, I would also like about 5 acres smack in the middle carved out with flat fields for a nice pond and a small orchard and gardens, also a good sized pond.
