I'm up reading this because I ate a big hunk of cold melon before going to bed. Maybe I should have pan fried it first.

WOW! I have never heard of grilling watermelon before, but this recipe sounds yummy! Note to self: pick up watermelon and buy grill lol

I had a friend that would grill pineapple. I was skeptical until I tried it and it was great. I wish I had the recipe,sadly she's gone now. I grill almost every day. It saves on the kitchen clean up through out the work week. I'll try the water melon next time.

Oh yeah ... Deep fried Ice Cream is delish ... Have to try it at a Mexican Restaurant sometime if you haven't tried it.

Now that does sound yummy ... I just can't wrap my brain around the watermelon due to its high water content to see it working ...
