When it comes to tea, I love fresh brewed sweet tea, but in hot tea, fresh brewed green tea.
I LOVE going barefoot here and we have tons of soft green grass to walk on, it tickles your toes!

No iced tea for me thanks. If coffee's not on offer, I'll take a cup of normal, hot, British-style tea, with a dash of milk and a flat teaspoon of sugar!

Bonus Question:
Today is National Go Barefoot Day

Are you a fan of going barefoot ?
Not really - certainly not outside of the house.

What is usually covering your feet while at home ?
Nothing while I'm sitting at my desk - my shoes are sitting under the desk ready to slip on if I have to get up and move around.

For those of you that spend most of the day at work do you
Keep your shoes on?
or
Slip them off under your desk ?

Extra Credit Question:

When was your last "This is as much fun as watching paint dry" moment?
Sitting on a plane on a 24-hour journey. You could watch at least 12 coats of paint dry in that time!

Thanks Karla. Enjoy your trip!

Happy Friday to all.

Today's Question(s):
It is Iced Tea month,so lets talk about

Iced Tea

Do you prefer:
Fresh brewed ? Yes
Instant ? NO
Bottled ? I like Milo's brand.
Sugar ? Yuck, no..and I am from the South.
Unsweet ? Only..I say it is because I am sweet enough already. :O)
Lemon slice ? Not in my ice tea.
Iced Green Tea ? NO
Flavored ? NO
Other ? Long Island Ice Tea

How many of you are familiar with "Sweet tea" ?
Is "Sweet tea" offered in your area ? Yes, this is the south. You have to really stress UN sweet if that is what you want and check/taste your tea when when you get it out, even if you tell them UN sweet because sometimes they will give you sweet anyway and you have to give it back.

Strangest thing you have added to your Iced Tea ? Nothing strange, unless straw is strange. :O)

Bonus Question:
Today is National Go Barefoot Day

Are you a fan of going barefoot ? In the house, not outside. Haven't got barefoot outside in a while.

What is usually covering your feet while at home ? If not completely "barefoot" then socks..

For those of you that spend most of the day at work do you
Keep your shoes on? Yes
or
Slip them off under your desk ? No

Extra Credit Question:

When was your last "This is as much fun as watching paint dry" moment? Humm..not sure. Can't think of anything right now.

Good afternoon all from a still cloudy England. Now then, iced tea. This is'nt big in England. I've tried hot tea with lemon - ugh! On my feet at home are my slippers. I spend most of my life in shorts, tee-shirt, and slippers. 74 years since the first issue of 'Superman' huh? I loved Superman comics when I was a kid. All that DC stuff came to England at the end of 1959. I know because I collected all DC comics, and I never could find one dated before December 1959. 'Mrs Robinson' hit No1 this day in 1968. Seems like yesterday. I was 14. I had written a love letter to a girl called Jean. The letter said to meet me at a bus stop. I did'nt know her mother had the same name, and had opened it. Mummy Dearest met me at the bus stop. "You keep away from my Jean" she said. Jeez, it was only a few kisses... As I walked away, I remember hearing Mrs Robinson on a radio in someones home. My last like watching paint dry moment was probably when Judy and I were in London a few years ago. We went to see a play called 'Blood Brothers'. Within 10 minutes of us hearing the all the same songs mentioning Marilyn Monroe, we knew we'd wasted our money. The one and only decent song in the whole show was at the end. People stood and cheered. Judy and I just looked at each other in astonishment.
