Good morning peevers.

Phew! I'm back here after the internet server went down and then CD had its maintenance period.

I was umming and ahhing about what today's peeve should be.

Lately Miss J has been home more than usual and when she finally comes downstairs (teenagers! ) on goes the TV with some stuff that I can't stand.

Have you ever had to put up with a TV programme you can't stand or be subjected to music that is not your cup of tea?

Well let us know because the POTD is;

Being subjected to TV/music etc that you'd rather not have to.

I dont mind music or some tv, but dont like those late night shows where the whole show is about selling something or old tv shows and there isnt a big variety of choices to watch.

I hate it when there are more commercials than program...which is true for almost every cable channel. Thank Goodness for TCM, where you can watch a movie without commercials.

Jezer, I know just what you mean. Judy and her mother watch such tripe. The nightly soap operas drive me nuts. You being English know what I mean. Everyone ends up sleeping with everyone else in the show sooner or later. It is rubbish, and I refuse to watch it.

Like when I was married and he'd always have one sporting event or another going on the TV course that's when I'd disappear upstairs to watch what I wanted.

I'm typing quietly here so that no-one else hears.

I've a guilty secret!

One of my fave programmes is on in a moment.

Murder, She Wrote.

Don't tell anyone.
