This may be a stupid question, but does anyone know what this "p" might stand for? Saw it on a car in the parking lot and made me curious.

Could be anything from a parking permit sticker, sport, vacation spot.

It's a P or b sign depends how you look at it.. most likely a P..for designated parking. Looks like a rear window sticker... Was this in the US or out side the US.

performance rights /circle-p symbol?

Well we have a circle K convenient stores in our area with this type of logo.

It's on the back left side of the vehicle, so my guess is that it's a parking sticker to allow vehicle to park in some lot without being towed away.
