Never had a meteorite skid across my house, but if one did, I hope it's one of the rare stone ones that brings in a bunch of cash!

When we had cable tv, once in awhile one of those programs, tlc, discovery, or other had men on who live in Arizona? who hunt meteorites for a living, they go the world over seeking them out with a metal detectors, first class ones, and drive hummers too.

We have meterorites all over AZ. They go from house to house reading meters.

It's estimated to have hit with the energy of more than 20 million tons of TNT. I wonder how far the devastation would stretch and if the entire earth would feel the quake with construction and population destroyed all around. Have you seen it in person, TN Tin Man?

No... I have not I would like too. I have one all most in my back yard here in Tennessee at Flynn Creek NW of Cookeville TN.. Most of these here in TN are buried in the hills and underbrush for millions of years.
