After Work Guilty Pleasures ~ Drinks and Appy's
What is your after work guilty pleasure?
Mine is chilled Berringer's White Zinfandel (cheap!) and cheese and crackers. (shout out to Sweetwater Valley cheese made here locally)
It helps to unwind.......

When I was out there in Az, occaisionally we (the crew) and I would go to one of the bars in whatever town we were working out of, and have a drink or three. Mine was the bloody mary.

Sasparella. Chilled. Shaken, not stirred and jiggled not blended, with a lime twist and a Shirley Temple chaser.

I think I forgot that we usually order one of those big ol' plates of nachos to share? Famous Sams makes the best!

If it's hot, beer.
If it's cold, hot buttered rum: Take a hunk of butter, a hunk of brown sugar, and a tablespoon of molasses and put it in the bottom of a big mug. Nuke until butter melts, and stir. Add a couple shots of rum. Nuke for a minute. Add boiling water to fill the mug to about an inch below the rim. Add a pat of butter, coating the rim of the mug with some of it.
Yum.
