Imagine a midwest person with a southern twang....
Plug your nose and say Ya'll.
lol
It's mid range.
When talking to hubby I tend to repeat myself until he says "I heard you!!!"
And then I smile and say "good now I have proof."

LadyTruth says that I sound like a valley girl. Sometimes I get mistaken on the phone for a kid - I get a lot of, "Hi, is your Mom there?" UM, this IS the Mom. Hm. I'll have to ask aiangel _writer this one - she's talked to me on the phone too (and aiangel has the coolest and crispy-clean southern accent I think I may have ever heard!)

Well, I'm originally from the North of England so I sometimes sound as broad as a plank. Then you've got to throw the odd word in there that comes out in a Southern twang since I spent a few years in the SE of America. Next throw in a bit of "ya noo" since I'm living in the dairy air state. You could say my voice is rather low and monatone with the odd high note every now and then. WoW!! I think I just confused myself!

Since John Wayne is the easiest impersonation for me to do, I guess I must sound a bit like him - without the drawl and the dramatic pauses, and the western lingo. Could be that I actually sound like Phyllis Diller. Who knows?

My voice is hard to explain. It's rather dull when I hear it recorded.
But if my voice sounded like how I hear it when I talk, that would rock! I like how I hear my voice, but I HATE hearing my voice recorded.
It's awrful! (Yes I put the "r" in there on purpose! :P)
