Acupuncturist two days ago, dentist yesterday and doctor today!
That's enough poking and prodding for a while!
Over the years I've been fairly lucky that I've been able to eat or drink pretty much what I like. A friend of mine has just been diagnosed with early stage diabetes and is able to control it through diet alone. I think that I really need to be careful with the sweet stuff from now on.
For some this subject is beyond a peeve, but let's try this one for the POTD;
Following on from yesterday's photos of France, let's go a bit further north and head to Belgium.
Here we are again in the delightful town of Ypres, and some shots of the beautiful market square. I may have shown one or two of these before, but the place is so lovely what the heck!
I think most of us have that problem. I like to eat what I enjoy and that means in moderation even if it's going to kill me. At least I'll die happy...

I can't see the pictures either, and I hate having to watch what I eat! All the foods I love the most are the ones I'm not supposed to have. When I was younger I could drop 5 lbs. in a couple of weeks just by cutting out desserts and being sensible. Now losing weight is like trying to chisel cement.
I'm sorry, so very sorry to have to say this but I eat what I want at the moment. *hides*
I still run every morning and go rugby training mid-week and play on a Saturday so I can get away with it (at the moment). We shall have to see how long that lasts I suppose.
Thankfully, I can pretty much eat whatever I want except for seafood - I'm allergic to shellfish.
