Not only should the seat be down, but the lid too.
DO NOT flush the toilet unless the lid is down.....I do not want nasty toilet germs flying all over the bathroom.
My wife and I have had many discussions about the toilet seat. Sort of like this, "DAVID WILL YOU PLEASE PUT THE SEAT DOWN!! I WENT TO THE TOILET IN THE DARK.........AND SAT ON COLD PORCELAIN. I NEARLY JUMPED OUT OF MY SKIN WITH SHOCK!!
If you turn the light on Judy, you would see the seat was up. Moral of story, don't try peeing in the dark.
PUT THE SEAT DOWN AFTER YOU USE IT!! IT'S NOT A LOT TO ASK IS IT!! I DON'T WANT TO TURN THE LIGHT ON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!
Judy, I have more important things on my mind, like Shakespeare's sonnets, to worry about a toilet seat.
I could always sit down for a pee LIKE A BIG GIRL I suppose........that would solve it..........
Don't go there with the toilet lid. I have enough to think about with the seat.........
Attention: After 10 years of avidly stating under, I have come to the conclusion that over the top is correct! However, it really depends on how you tear it off, if you tear it off right at the roll, it sticks to the roll, so you must leave some hanging, otherwise you just spin the roll trying to find the edge!
