Hello, everybody! I am here because I am thirsty for knowledge. I want to learn more about the occult, the spiritual, and the paranormal. One of my biggest aims in life is to have an out of body experience. Has anybody here had one?

I hope I will make plenty of friends here. This sure looks like a great site.

LOL at Gandalara! I've been here for almost three years and never knew this forum existed until GloryB told me about it. In just a few days, I've become very fond of the Other Topics and Community Chat forums. Thanks, Glory!!

My two dear daughters have been grown for 20 years. I became a single mother shortly after the younger one was born and, while raising them was very hard financially, I have many great memories of those dirt-poor-but-too-dumb-to-know-it days.

I've lived with dobermans for the past 30 years. Most of my dogs have been rescues and older. My last dear dobe passed away a year ago and my house (and my heart) have been so empty since then. I'm waiting until I retire later this year to bring another older guy (oops...dog) home. I always took at least 2-3 weeks' vacation when a dog first came to live with me but I cant do that now because I'm so close to retiring. So I'm waiting, quite impatiently, for that day.
