Which room will you choose and what would you like done? we just bought a new house with unfinished basement,so I would like to build another big room downstairs with a fireplace,living/TV entertainment area,a little bar and if Rita is really generous I would like to have one extra bedroom and bathroom added

Just for fun:

Thought for the day:

The difference between perseverance and obstinacy is that one comes from a strong will, and the other from a strong won't. (Henry Ward Beecher)

Mornin' all!

Today’s question:

I admit to stealing this question from a thread on another C-D forum, but only one of two of our regular QOTD posters have answered it, so I thought I’d try it here…

What’s the worst food you’ve ever eaten?
Hands down, sweet potatoes! I have tried to eat them many different ways, and just cannot tolerate them.

Extra credit question:

How many –

Spare light bulbs do you usually keep on hand?

I'll say several.

Gallons of gas do you use in an average week?

20?

Times do you go to the barbershop/hairdresser in an average year?

Now, about 6. I used to keep my hair long and just go once every other year. But I got this silly idea to "get a style." And, while it's been my go-to style every time I got an actual cut, this time I find it to be too much work, and I'm going to go back to just wearing it long. Everyone loves it this way, but styling it has added at least 20 minutes onto my routine. And that's only if everything goes right!

Sorry, just ranting.

Windows are there in the room you’re in right now?
Two

Bonus question:

Rita the Renovating Fairy will re-decorate and/or remodel one room in your home, no charge. Which room will you choose and what would you like done?
The spare bedroom/craft room. I'd really just like her to set me up with some good organization.

Just for fun:

How tall are you?
5' 6"

Thought for the day:

The difference between perseverance and obstinacy is that one comes from a strong will, and the other from a strong won't. (Henry Ward Beecher)

Today is:

Cellophane Tape Day
National Grape Popsicle Day
Old-Time Player Piano Day
Sunscreen Protection Day

Thanx for the Qs Kobber.
Have a good one everyone!
