Default Giving Really Is Better Than Receiving

Hi All! Just wondering if anyone else has started their Christmas/Holiday gift exchanging yet?

I went to my best girlfriend's house last night and exchanged gifts with her and her daughter. I know money is tight in her household this year, and I really went all out for them. I know the season is not about material things or commercialism, but seeing their faces light up with joy as they opened their gifts made me really feel grateful for the friendship and love I have in my life this Holiday season!

Whether big or small, tangible or not, every little thing I do for those I love makes me feel truly blessed.

Gotta love that Christmas spirit!
