We got lucky Pat and dodged the severe weather. It started raining about 1am here but no thunder and lightening.

Maybe a year ago when John and I took a walk in a gentle rain to the grocery store and back. It was very romantic.

Thanks Pats Cats you too. I'm so glad I got all the varnishing finished yesterday. We installed one box and column last night and will finish the other today. The trim pieces will have to wait until the weather breaks. It looks amazing. I can't imagine why the previous owners would take them out. It adds so much character. I can't wait to decorate them for Halloween.

I personally don't like rain, it makes me feel sleepy. I can't concentrate on anything serious during rainy days, in practice.

Just for Fun:

Never done it, because my mum always says (not said, says) that "I would catch a cold".

Love a good storm and like the occasional rain, especially at night when I won't get caught in it and it won't slow down traffic.

Just for Fun:
When was the last time you played in the rain?
Probably about 5 years ago, the last year I played in the local youth soccer league. As long as it wasn't storming, we played right on through the rain. Didn't bother me one bit!
