You are SO right, it is spendy! I am not sure about that 100amp thing... maybe the requirements are different there? Let's see, you have a hot water heater, washer/dryer, stove... looks like those fuses are just about eaten up before you toss in the hairdryer and reading lamps lol I saw a long heater thingy in the pic by the "couch".
I could live in it if I was single! But the asking price is rather steep. As far as 100 amp service... Our 100 year old 3 bedroom house has a 60 amp circuit for 110 with a separate feed for the 220. In over 20 years, I think we've blown 2 or 3 fuses.
