I was at the ordering counter and one gentleman was ahead of me. Two employees were running back and forth dealing with the drive through line, which was long, as this was the morning rush hour time before work. When his order was taken, and I moseyed up to the counter, the person working the counter kind of hesitated, then turned to talk with a coworker. Long story short, I wrote to corporate headquarters and on your receipt is all of the franchises information, which I also forwarded, and told the story. They wrote me back, and included a free coffee coupon.
