Got one for you just in time for Easter!!
Learned this one this past camping trip.
When boiling eggs, put some vinegar in the water before you boil. They peel perfect!!!! I was truly amazed. And of course, no vinegar smell.
I've known since I was a kid that using vinegar in the water when you're dyeing eggs for Easter sets the color. But I didn't know that vinegar makes boiled eggs easy to peel.

Ditto, PJ, that's why I thought we added the vinegar all of this time, too!
Good tip, I will try this when I help granddaughter color some Easter eggs

She breaks a lot of eggs while out camping. 
a tablespoon or 1/4 cup... I surely will try this tip next time.
