What are some southern sayings? (houses, Texas, picture)

When trying to stand something up, like a Christmas tree or fence post, if it's not exactly straight, my grandmother would say it's leaning toward Aunt Rachel's. Have no I idea who Aunt Rachel is but heard that for years.
Here in Tennessee... we have cricks.. that's smaller than a creek.. that's down in the holler.. holler is were things go bump in the night... really empty beer cans rolling down the crick..
Question: "Do you want a coke?"
Answer: "Yes"
Question: "What kind?"
Answer: "Pepsi" (or Sprite or Dr. Pepper or Root Beer, or even... wait for it... a Coke! )

An area where I lived in the South, all carbonated beverages were referred to as "cold drinks."
