I hate things like this. Although I posted big news a couple days ago about many Mobsters getting arrested in NYC, it just annoys me with all the "Italians are trash" talk. Call us fat and greasy, call us anything you want... Probably around .000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% of Italians are tied to the Mafia. The Russians are the ones New York needs to watch for. They're getting bad.

I agree. Italians built America...maybe the media should be also focusing on these Mexican gangs, Russian "mafia" and Chinese Tongs. I too am sick and tired of hearing how we are all mob related. Sure, I grew up with a lot of those guys, some dead now, but that doesn't make me a Mafioso!...

I've learned to ignore it!!! I try to make fun of it as I do sometimes here on the forum. Just another stupid stereotype!!

Sorry folks, I'm guilty of stereotyping. Yes, the new "Gangs" like Chinese, Russian and other nationals should now be on our radar...

Yes that is annoying how people connect the mafia with italians. I am of Italian descent and I'm not a mobster, nor is anyone in my family.
