Birds are lucky! Humans feed them in the bird feeder, and provide a bird bath for their weekly shower. Then all they want to do for us is to sing, whistle, chirp, tweet, those lovely 5am sounds. Who needs an alarm clock when such a symphony of beautiful melodies is given us?
Right now I am listening to Vangelis (The Bounty, Blade Runner and Chariots of Fire). Very uplifting and full of emotion that sends my spirits sky rocketing.
But almost any genre of music will please me come what may, whether it's jazz, classical, house, death metal or easy listening - music will always have a cause and effect on people's moods.
Having my little niece around me and baking with her is a real joy
