Here's a quirky subject...

Over the years I have found:
  • Lots of coins.
  • A car registration.
  • Currency of many denominations.
  • A once favored watch that was ruined.
  • A Monopoly Game House.
  • A set of keys.
Today I opened the washer and inside was ... A green/yellow tennis ball. And boy, did it clean up well.

What have you washed by accident?

I've washed lots of strange things over the years.

Tools.......tape measures, screwdrivers, pliers and other small stuff
Nuts, bolts and other miscellaneous parts
Kleenex and shop towels
Money.......bills and loose change
Gum and mints
Cell phone......... After this I got better with checking pockets.
Business cards and grocery lists
Foam ear plugs

I'm sure there is something else that I have forgotten about.

The strangest here would have to be a small device that melts the snow around a frozen car lock in a matter of seconds. I left it in there after a snowstorm last year. It actually did survive, and still works great.

Pretty decent quality from a Christmas stocking stuffer I received one year.

TV remote control!
Mobile Phone
wrist watch
keys
purse with loose change in it
necklace

fortunately, not all at the time, but I really am quite careless when it comes to checking deep pockets and pouches prior to a wash.

The strangest thing I've ever found in my Washer or Dryer... With the washer, I found Out.. yesterday.. that I'm not supposed mix colors with whites.. With the Dryer, if I leave the clothes in it for too long, they'll be Dryer than sand..
