Good for him! Too bad he didn't kill the brats and save the state money to keep them locked up.

unbelievable! no charge of attempted murder, worries of retribution?
bump it up a notch, if it happened here, the old man would be in jail or
sued, one or both. here the headlines would be "gun nut attacks children"

I believe him too.

God Bless the old timer, he seems like a peaceful man. Its just too bad he ran out of ammo. Anyone that would do that to a person of his age or any age should be taken out back and shot.

Amen to that, hopefully if they come back again, he'll finish them off for good.

The only thing I would have done differently is both of these thugs would have been transported down to the city morgue.

Good for him, there's nothing wrong with defending himself.

I think the law should double any sentence for those that attack the elderly. Let the cowards rot in jail.
Glad the old man was able to still defend himself.
Just wish he would have shot both of the intruders. The news I heard said he just shot one of them but the other was arrested later.
The air that these low life slime balls breathe to keep them alive is just a waste of oxygen.
