That's me. Very depressed, sad. Suppose to call therapists and wait for a call back (generally). I am out of phone minutes.

BUT I now know what is up with my depression- just cannot get away from it.

And have no one here. I hope I figure it out.

The remembrance of people we love marks the passing of time and good times too!

Have spent the last couple of days going through my recent holiday photo collection of South Africa (some of which I have uploaded to my profile); and feel quite sad now that I'm back "home" reflecting on all those happy moments

They've been showing a lot of programmes in Wales, about the Aberfan disaster, that happened 50 years ago. It's really sad to watch, as it killed a load of children, when a coal waste tip fell right onto their school.

I remember going past one of these tips, by train, in the 1980s (I think it was one of the biggest in Europe at the time). It was massive - like a huge mountain on the landscape. I couldn't imagine what that would've been like, coming down like a giant avalanche.

Sad that my son has issues with me. I don't know what the problem is, I rarely see him as he is an OTR trucker. He is truly the light of my life and I love him dearly, don't bug him, etc.

Having my text ignored (on my birthday) by a guy I was excited to see and haven't heard anything since.

The last thing I was sad about was not being invited to a friends wedding
