I spent some of my Spring and Fall in West Virginia this year. Was on several two lane highways where I pulled over to let people pass me. Also, there is a famous two lane highway, US 129, that runs between Florida and Tennessee. The part of it that runs over the North Carolina/Tennessee border is called Tail of The Dragon (for 318 curves in 11 miles). That part is bordered by The Great Smoky Mountains and Cherokee National Forest. When I was in North Carolina in 2015, I drove home to Tennessee on it.

Describe a dumb move you saw someone pull in traffic:
They don't put on their headlights when it's raining, snowing or especially when its foggy. Running lights aren't on in the back of the car. In the fog or snow you could be on someone's unlit dumb ass in a second. I used to say when I was still in the workforce that they should hire people to drive certain stretches of road when it's foggy, snowing or raining and just pull people over and issue tickets for driving without their headlights on. They would pay for themselves and give part time work to people plus they'd make a lot of money for county/local government.
