Is there anything special that you plan to do for Christmas? I will probably make potato pancakes with sour cream, applesauce and red cabbage on Christmas Eve but other than that, I haven't planned anything. Still working on the Christmas Day menu. Anything but turkey!
Do you celebrate Chanukah (Hanukkah) instead? No, but I have friends who do. This year it starts on Christmas Eve and ends on New Year's Day.
How about 'Festivus', do you celebrate it? I'm not familiar with any Festivus traditions, but lots of cultures have celebrations at this time of year, and it's all good.
