Today's Question(s):
What website did you visit before your current visit to City-Data.com? DailyMail.co.uk
What site are you likely to visit next? No plans.

What image is on your device's wallpaper, the image that's on the main screen when you start up? Just a blue Windows 10 screen.

Did you take or make the picture yourself, or if not, do you remember where it's from?

How many tabs are open on your internet browser right now? Just this one.

Foodie and Bevvie Qs:
Do/did you have any portable coolers? Three in the house. Two large ones including a large styrofoam one that my sister sent Christmas containing Omaha Steaks packed in dry ice.

A place you used a cooler, for instance: I use a large Igloo cooler to bring frozen groceries home from the grocery store since it's a 40 mile drive.

An example of things you've stored in a cooler, specific food or drink or otherwise: Nowadays I use coolers only for bringing cold groceries home but in the past I used coolers a lot to keep ice while working as a student in the New Mexico desert. The best cooler was an old blood bank cooler I bought at a Army surplus store at Carlsbad, NM in the 1970s. The cooler was huge being a 3'x3'x3" (approx.) box with 4" thick styrofoam walls. Even in the heat of the SE New Mexico summer, the box would keep a 50 pound block of ice for several days. I painted the box white with a large red cross on the front. I gave it to my university to continue using for field work after I graduated.

Ha! I'm not sure I would use a used blood bank cooler these days to store food and ice no matter how good it was scrubbed.

Just for fun:
What TV or radio show of any kind - news, talk, comedy, drama, etc. - would you like to see made or visit the set/studio? I'll pass on the visiting a set. I was working in the New Orleans airport while they were filming for the movie Cat People. It was a real hassle climbing over cables every day.

If you were asked to be an extra or speak on camera/microphone for any reason, would you be up for it? Sure. Why not?

Thanks BJH.

The Drudge Report

Breitbart News

What image is on your device's wallpaper, the image that's on the main screen when you start up?

A Greater Yellowlegs

Did you take or make the picture yourself, or if not, do you remember where it's from?

It's one of my photos.

How many tabs are open on your internet browser right now? 1 - this one. I was doing something offline.

Foodie and Bevvie Qs:
Do/did you have any portable coolers?
No

A place you used a cooler, for instance:

An example of things you've stored in a cooler, specific food or drink or otherwise:

I used to have one in my car for long road trips. Water or soda.

Just for fun:
What TV or radio show of any kind - news, talk, comedy, drama, etc. - would you like to see made or visit the set/studio?
None, really. I've been in radio studios before and the TV shows I like most are dramas with no audience because they take place in places I wouldn't want to be.

If you were asked to be an extra or speak on camera/microphone for any reason, would you be up for it? No. Would prefer behind the scenes stuff.

An example of things you've stored in a cooler, specific food or drink or otherwise: Sandwiches and drinks. I was hoping someone would have something unconventional to add. I'm nominating High Plains Retired for that distinction.
