Today's Educational Questions:
Did you use Cliff Notes or other study short cuts in school?
Yes, I sometimes used it in college to help with the more difficult subjects like Shakespeare.
Confession time. Did you ever cheat or see cheating on a test or assignment, and if so, how?
I once wrote some math formulas in little tiny script and taped it to my pencil before a test.
An unfair thing a teacher did or said:
I can't think of anything off the top of my head.
One of the best things a teacher did or said:
It wasn't any one thing, but I had a home room teacher in 7th grade who was kind and encouraging to me at a difficult time in my life, and I'll always be grateful to him for that.

Bonus Hygiene Section:
What's the longest time you've gone without a shower or bath?
When I was growing up, we only got baths once a week.
Have you had to clean up - yourself, another person or a pet - after getting into mud, skunk spray or other major mess, and if so, what?
My car got bombed by birds last week in a parking lot. They apparently had been eating purple berries, and I made the mistake of parking under their tree. What a mess! It took a lot of hot soapy water and sponging to get the mess off.

I'm not a big fan of M&Ms, but my preference would be for the plain ones in dark chocolate.

Just for fun:
If you were a dog or cat, what would you spend the day doing?
Napping in front of the window, being petted, eating, drinking and playing.

Today's Educational Questions:
Did you use Cliff Notes or other study short cuts in school? Nope.

Confession time. Did you ever cheat or see cheating on a test or assignment, and if so, how? Yes, both, in high school. For me it was very embarrassing.

An unfair thing a teacher did or said: Again, high school when I was accused of lying when I hadn't.

One of the best things a teacher did or said: Junior high, when a teacher openly announced in class that I was the only student with a perfect score on a semester test.

Bonus Hygiene Section:
What's the longest time you've gone without a shower or bath? A week. But I cheated with a washcloth at the sink.

Have you had to clean up - yourself, another person or a pet - after getting into mud, skunk spray or other major mess, and if so, what?

You sure you want to know???

For a while I worked the night shift when my daughter was a baby. I came home from work one morning and checked in on her in her bedroom, and there she was in her crib staring at me with a black face. She had been playing with her poop, and it was all over her face - I kid you not, she looked just like Al Jolson in "The Jazz Singer, and all I could see was her eyes and lips. It was rubbed all along the top of her crib. I whooped out 'WTH' and my husband came in to see what was wrong. When he saw it he tip-toed right to bed, which made me really red-hot angry. What a nightmare of a morning that was getting her and the crib cleaned. NOT a fond memory.

Today's Educational Questions:
Did you use Cliff Notes or other study short cuts in school?
- Yes, sometimes...

Confession time. Did you ever cheat or see cheating on a test or assignment, and if so, how? - Too long ago.

An unfair thing a teacher did or said: - Don't remember, nothing stands out.

One of the best things a teacher did or said: - An English teacher told me I had potential to be a writer. English was my favorite subject and I always got excellent grades throughout.
Had more to say but I just edited it. Thinking about that period of my life make me depressed.

Bonus Hygiene Section:
What's the longest time you've gone without a shower or bath?
- From age 19+ - 2 days. I do not even remember the last time that was. I take one every night before bed and have been doing so for decades.

Have you had to clean up - yourself, another person or a pet - after getting into mud, skunk spray or other major mess, and if so, what? - No

Foodie Questions:

Just for fun:
If you were a dog or cat, what would you spend the day doing?
- D/K. Never had either.
A day here and there to sleep most of the day is okay but I wouldn't want to do that all the time.

Thanks, bjh.
Hope everyone has a good Thursday!
