Recipe of the Day: I'm making this tomorrow
Simple Italian Shrimp


1 1/2 lbs shrimp that has been shelled and deveined
1 stick butter
1 lemon, sliced thin
1 pkg dry italian seasoning packet

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with sides with foil.

Melt butter in oven on lined cookie sheet. Lay lemon slices on melted butter. Lay shrimp on top of butter and lemons. Sprinkle the dry Italian dressing mix on top of shrimp.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, until light golden brown.

This is great alone or served on pasta or rice using melted butter/lemon juice drizzled on top.

What do you do to relieve stress?[/b] - Walking, music

When was the last time you were sick? - I work in an office with 24 people. About 10 days ago it seemed like everyone was sick. I had it mild compared to others. Not sure if that counts or not. It was fairly minor and I am fully recovered. Getting sick is rare for me.

What did you take or do to feel better? - For 3 days - Acetaminophen (Tylenol)

Which annual shots do you get? - Been getting a flu shot around October - November for over 10 years and have not had the flu since.

Do you take any vitamins or supplements? What? - Multi, fish oil caplets, Glucosamine - all recommended by my doctor.


Extra Credit Questions:
Drink bottled water or tap water? - Free filtered water from the local organic market.
Watch a home show or a cooking show? - Neither but cooking if I have to choose.
Go see a concert or a play? - Concert
Use and electric/gas dryer or a clothesline? - Dryer
Go on a speedboat or a yacht? - Never experienced either
Drive a car or a truck? - Car
Swing or slide? - Swing. Makes me smile the last 2 times I was on one, last time was about a year ago. Good memories...
On a woman do you like long hair or short hair? - Both
Take a class or teach a class? - Take but depends what.
Takeout or delivery? - I haven't had delivery in over 10 years.

When was the last time you were sick? As far as having a cold it has been a few years.

What did you take or do to feel better? Rest, suck on cough drops.

Which annual shots do you get? None!

Do you take any vitamins or supplements? What? I take a 2500 mg. Tablet of Vitamin B-12 once a week and I take 2 capsules every day of a supplement for Circulation for my legs which seem to help with the swelling and pain. Check out Andrew Lessmans vitamins and supplements.

What do you do to relieve stress? oh I don't have the healthiest stress management - often I'll just avoid/withdraw/escape in my head - which doesn't really alleviate stress. Walking out in nature does actually help. Sometimes talking/laughing can too.

When was the last time you were sick? really sick - don't remember

What did you take or do to feel better? usually rest and hydration - sometimes NyQuil if it's a head thing.

Which annual shots do you get? none

Do you take any vitamins or supplements? no What? i take one prescription which should end soon. Supposed to take calcium but haven't for a long time.

When was the last time you were sick? Not counting injuries from accicents, I can't recall the last time I was sick with anything infectious. I do have diabetes.

What did you take or do to feel better? The standard diabetes stuff but it doesn't really make me feel any better.

What did you take or do to feel better? Didn't take anything but rest, water, food. Slept as needed.
