Default If You Won The Lottery...

Suppos'n you had unlimited funds...what would you do?

I would #1) Stop driving, and never have to worry about parking, traffic etc.
#2) Buy a house/cabin somewhere and not have to go anywhere

Pretty simple

Pretty simple
1) Tithe 10%.
2) Build an extremely cool house. Not an edifice. But a place that fits my exacting and rarefied sense of aesthetics.
3) Buy a beach place and a great sailboat.
4) Travel.
5) Pay off the mortgages of all my family members.
6) Oh. Quit my job.

First would make sure our grandchildrens college will be paid and set up something for them.
Second set our children up financially.
Third help people in need.
Fourth and last-would be us-maybe some travel, build a home near the beach.

That kind of windfall is much nicer if you spread it around and share.

If I won the lottery I would first get a financial advisor and put a lawyer on retainer. I would then pay off the house I'm currently in and give it to my friend who just had a baby, (she would be responsible for insurance and property taxes) if she wanted it. I would move to a warmer climate and make sure I was unpublished (better yet no phone....lol).

Other than that I would follow my financial advisor's advice so I didn't end up declaring bankruptcy in a few years like a lot of other lottery winners.

Of course winning the lottery requires buying a ticket so I guess I'll never win.

I would open several "Dog Towns" across the states
I would start programs for disadvantaged kids across the states
I would share the wealth with family and friends

There's more I would do but I'm late for an appointment.
