Hey I remember when it was 50 CENTS a gallon! My mother remembers when it was 10 cents (she is almost 90). I paid $3.03 today with Walmart card.
Unfortunately the cost of gas going up, makes everything else go up too
I'm not saying. I've already been told I'm OLD tonight.

I'm surprised the the trucking industry hasn't stepped in on the rising cost of fuel...
As ILNC has stated..everything else also rises, eggs have almost doubled in a year !!!!!!

I ride my motorcycle most of the time, I used to ride just because I enjoy it but now the mileage is a factor, I paid $3.59 for regular so $4.00 isin't far away. Some of my co-workers are riding motorcycles now also. It's a mess.
I just paid 3.15 this morning for gas. When I first brought my car it took about 16.00 to fill it up, now it takes 30.00 to fill up if I'm on a quarter of a tank.
I received an email from a friend yesterday that suggested that if everybody was to stop purchasing their gas from Exxon, Shell, and Citco that we could make the prices come down. I don't know that I believe that it would work, but might be worth a try. I think the email said if everybody did it, it could push gas prices down to close to 2.00 a gallon. If I can find the article I will post it later.
